Little Island Creamery

When what’s in it is just as important as where it’s from.

Little Island went to great lengths to find suppliers for their famous coconut milk, which they finally secured in Samoa. It was time to reflect that in their packaging.

Detailed Design

Little Island, a producer of plant-based milk and ice cream, sought a distinctive brand identity to highlight their commitment to natural, organic ingredients. Their coconut milk, sourced exclusively from Samoa, provided a unique foundation for storytelling.

We developed a comprehensive brand redesign that amplified Little Island’s core values. A custom Samoan Tapa Cloth pattern, created by a local artist, became a signature brand asset, authentically reflecting the product’s origins. By incorporating vibrant, flavour-specific colors and clear dairy-free labelling, we created a visually compelling and informative packaging system. A carefully curated typography palette added warmth and character, enhancing the overall brand experience.

Our design approach unified Little Island’s product range, establishing a strong, recognisable brand presence on supermarket shelves. By effectively communicating the brand story and product benefits, we elevated Little Island’s position in the market.
